  8. Fixture selection, for plumbing, cabinets, and lighting.

  9. Estimate the project – a detailed labor and materials proposal to be provided.

  10. Discussion and answering questions.

  11. Contract presented.

  12. Final sign off, agree on project start, mobilization of equipment and manpower.

  13. Building permits obtained.

  14. Scheduling of the project.

  15. Commissioning of the building controls, lighting and HVAC.

  1. Build the project.

Completion

  1. Providing maintenance manuals at the project close out.

  2. Set up building equipment maintenance schedule for building efficiency to reduce ongoing costs.

  3. Project warrantee.
